The application deadline for the Manitoba Leadership Program is May 1st, 2026!

This Program will help you to:

Grow your leadership potential

Better understand what it means to be a leader in God's Kingdom

Do something incredible with other youth who want to make a difference in Manitoba

What is it?

This is a team of student leaders (ages 12-18) who:

Participate in the Manitoba Conference Planning Team 

Experience practical Christian Leadership Training

Experience mentorship & community

What is the commitment?

There will be 10 Leadership Empowerment Sessions where students gather for supper & learn about how to develop their Christian Leadership Potential.

These sessions take place prior to Conference Planning Meetings, which the team also participates in.

• Students will take leadership roles at the Inspire Manitoba Conference in the spring of 2027

• Students will have an opportunity to speak on various aspects of the conference
