The heart of the program:

To strengthen your sense of identity as you experience a fun and accepting community and individualized mentorship that will empower you to bring positive change to your world.

Who is it for? Whether you consider yourself a leader or not, we were all created to influence our world, uniquely, for Jesus. This program is for you if you’d like to grow more into the person you were created to be, and better understand your unique purpose on the planet. 

Mentorship:

You will be guided through the entire program by a mentor who is committed to learn about you, pray for you and walk with you as you grow! 

Real life learning:

You will be part of our Inspire Conference Leadership Team, and have the opportunity to use your gifts and skills to make an impact in your community at the Inspire Retreat that will happen in June 2027.
