Please watch for this email or text and follow the instructions to complete the process within 7 days.

You will need a digital copy of 2 pieces of ID, 1 with a photo (i.e: Driver’s License, Passport, Health Card)

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK IN THE EMAIL OR TEXT FROM SECURE ONLINE SCREENING UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR ID AVAILABLE IN DIGITAL FORMAT ON THE DEVICE YOU WILL USE TO INITIATE THE PROCESS (Phone or Laptop)

Once the link is clicked to initiate the process you must complete all of the requirements or the process must be reset by the Admin.

The link will expire upon initiating and will no longer allow access.
