Travel Expenses: We will pay Speaker's travel expenses between her home and the event: Air: Speaker will book the most reasonable airfare (receipt will be submitted for immediate reimbursement) Airport Parking: $15/day Highway: $0.70/km Lodging: Arranged by host organization. Can you agree to this? Please note these rates are per presenter. Suggested Honorarium: The suggested honorarium for speaking engagements for Speakers home city and surrounding area (within a 100 km radius of Speaker home city) is $200 for the first session and $100 per session for subsequent sessions. The suggested honorarium for speaking engagements that require travel outside of Speaker's home city is $500 for the first session, and $250 per session for subsequent sessions. The suggested honorarium for a team of Inspire Speakers to present at your event/school is $1000 for 1/2 day and $2000 for a full day. *A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking and can be paid by email money transfer to finance@inspireournation.com or by a cheque payable to Inspire Our Nation. Full payment must be made before the day of the event (Cheque or e-transfer) Please indicate if your budget does not allow for these suggested honorarium amounts. Our team is glad to take your budgetary needs into consideration and appreciates your invitation. Are you able to agree to this? Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, the deposit plus incurred expenses (air fare, etc.) is non-refundable.
