Workshop: Sorting Out Self Harm
Sometimes self harm seems like the only solution to one’s emotional pain. We will discuss what self harm is and how self harming behaviours bring temporary relief to suffering. We will explore the addictive nature of this behaviour and offer safe alternatives to easing the pain.
