The heart of the program:
To strengthen your sense of identity as you experience a fun and accepting community and individualized mentorship that will empower you to bring positive change to your world.
Who is it for? Whether you consider yourself a leader or not, we were all created to influence our world, uniquely, for Jesus. This program is for you if you’d like to grow more into the person you were created to be, and better understand your unique purpose on the planet.
Mentorship:
You will be guided through the entire program by a mentor who is committed to learn about you, pray for you and walk with you as you grow!
Real life learning:
You will be part of our Inspire Conference Leadership Team, and have the opportunity to use your gifts and skills to make an impact at the Inspire Ministry Week in February 2027, the Inspire Our Nation Conference in March 2027, and the event at Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation.

Would you like to be a mentor in the Inspired to Influence Leadership Program?
We are looking for mentors to support the youth who are participating in the Inspired to Influence Leadership Program!
As a mentor leader you willgrow your leadership skills, gain training and experience mentoring youth, gain volunteer experience in your community, develop along with the youth, decision making, problem solving and communication skills, learn about empathy and self-awareness, have opportunities to volunteer in our community, help the youth leaders to participate in the Inspire Conference in meaningful ways, join a community of leaders wanting to make a difference in the lives of youth.
