I Use My Voice - April MacEwen

My name is April MacEwen, I am Inspire Our Nation’s Administrative Assistant and I am learning to use my voice.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

From His wide variety of Spiritual gifts, one of the gifts Jesus has given me, through His Holy Spirit, is “Administration”. You may be surprised to know that administrators are leaders, though they are usually not the ones you will find on a stage, holding a microphone.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Through my gift of administration, I use my voice in ways that promote organization, excellence, and efficiency. My voice helps move my team towards our goal because as an administrator I am goal-oriented. I see the bigger picture and enjoy steering people towards it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I don’t need to be on a stage, holding a microphone, to have influence. I influence my team by promoting our vision through important policies and procedures that I thoroughly enjoy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Do you care about the little details that others seem to not notice? Are you constantly making to-do lists and schedules for yourself? Do you find joy in organization? Do you find purpose in walking people through step by step processes in order to accomplish a goal?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If so, you might have the gift of Administration! And if you do, that means you have the Spirit-given capacity to serve God by organizing, administering, promoting, and leading!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

One of the greatest things I have ever done is accept my gift of Administration and begin growing in it⠀⠀
